Hi, translation is a volunteer project and the generous person who did the rest of the cards never got back to me for the C23 promos. There’s another person who volunteered recently but has not yet finished the cards.
I could not find a contact email in the rulebook so I'm trying here instead... I'd like to get in touch to ask if you are interested in publishing the game with mass production and all that (either as an author or co-publisher with Skytear Games, the company I run).
